At Care Medics, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer the following refund policy:

Rebates for products

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all physical products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at help@caremedics.net within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for the following types of products:

  • Products that have been opened, used or damaged
  • Products that have been customized or adapted
  • Products not in their original packaging

Reimbursement for services

We offer reimbursement for services in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to provide the service you paid for, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you cancel a service before it is provided, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you are not satisfied with the service you received, contact us at help@caremedics.net within 30 days of the date of service to request a refund. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that the service was not provided as described or was of poor quality.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for the following types of services:

  • Services that have been fully provided
  • Services that have been partially completed
  • Services that have been customized or adapted

Rebates for digital products

We offer refunds for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • If the digital product is defective or unusable, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you are not satisfied with the digital product you purchased, please contact us at help@caremedics.net within 30 days of the purchase date to request a refund. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that the digital product was not described as described or was of poor quality.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for the following types of digital products:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Digital products that have been customized or adapted

Reimbursements for Memberships

We offer refunds for memberships in the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel your membership within 30 days of the start date, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you are not satisfied with your membership, contact us at help@caremedics.net within 30 days of the start date to request a refund. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that the membership was not as described or was of poor quality.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for the following membership types:

  • Memberships that have been used in whole or in part.
  • Memberships that have been personalized or customized.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the request to return the product or service. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
